NDIS Plan Management Services

We handle the paperwork so you can focus on your goals. P2P processes your NDIS invoices, tracks your spending, and gives you the freedom to choose any provider (registered or not). Plan Management is funded by the NDIS at no cost to you, and by choosing P2P, you're supporting a not-for-profit that puts people first.

 

What is Plan Management?

Plan Management is when a provider helps you manage the funding in your NDIS Plan. A Plan Manager processes your NDIS invoices and reimbursements on your behalf. We also help increase the flexibility of your plan by allowing you to access providers who are not registered with the NDIS.

Funding for Plan Management is paid by the NDIS on top of your funding. You can ask for it at your NDIS planning meeting.

 

How does Plan Management work?

NDIS service providers send invoices to P2P to be submitted directly to the NDIA on your behalf. Having a plan manager takes the stress out of arranging payments for the supports and services you use.

Your plan manager will check your invoices and provide you with funding statements to help you keep track of your spending.

P2P is an established NDIS registered Plan Manager. Our Plan Management staff have a range of bookkeeping, accounting, business and customer service qualifications. Many of our friendly staff have lived experience with disability. We will work with you to help you make the most of your plan.

Skills building for NDIS participants

The P2P Plan Management team offer personalised 1 on 1 sessions with participants and their nominees to help build skills in the NDIS world.

The session can cover topics including

* Understanding your NDIS plan

* Finding and working with providers

* Budgeting tools and tips

* Home and Living Options

Sessions need to be booked in advance and cost just $80.06 per hour which can be claimed from your NDIS funding.

Plan Managers Can:

  • Process invoices from any service provider (not just NDIA registered service providers) for all plan managed funding
  • Check that invoices meet NDIA requirements and help your provider to invoice correctly
  • Keep you informed of your budget balances and the support that has been claimed.

Plan Managers Cannot:

  • Provide financial advice or tell you what can or cannot be claimed
  • Check the accuracy of invoices in terms of the service provided, for example, the number of hours a service was used for.
  • Complete a budget for you.
