Every person has the right to be heard and to make their own decisions. For people with a disability, that right can often be overlooked. That's where advocacy comes in.
At Parent to Parent, we support people with intellectual disabilities to speak up, be heard, and make informed decisions about their lives. Advocacy isn't about speaking for someone — it's about standing alongside them, making sure their voice leads the way.
We offer individual advocacy support through our free monthly advocacy clinic on the Sunshine Coast, giving people a safe space to understand their options and have their say.
Free Advocacy Clinic: Sunshine Coast
