P.A.T.H (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope)

A visual planning tool that maps out your goals and how to achieve them. Our two-person facilitation creates a colorful, comprehensive plan tailored to you. Perfect for NDIS reviews, students planning their future, individual goal setting, strategic planning, or businesses setting direction. You choose the date, location, and attendees. We'll handle the rest.

Learn new skills or strengthen existing ones to reach your goals. Working alongside an experienced facilitator, you'll develop your own goals and discover practical ways to achieve them. Created by you, for you.

For people aged 50+, carers, and their families. Getting older or caring for someone with a disability can bring questions about money, housing, and what's next. This session provides practical advice and connection with others to help you plan the next chapter with confidence. Includes a free resource guide.
