Peer-led support for the journey through child and youth mental health.

Resilience in Reach is a joint initiative of Raising Minds and Parent to Parent, addressing youth mental health and psychosocial disability through 100% peer-led resources, workshops and support. Every part of this initiative is grounded in lived experience, real wisdom, honest connection, and support without judgement or added pressure.

Navigating a child or young person’s mental health journey can be overwhelming, especially in the space between crisis and everyday life. Resilience in Reach bridges that gap, supporting families between clinical care and daily reality, helping them move forward with confidence rather than facing it alone.

Through free, 100% peer-led workshops across greater Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Central Queensland (Rockhampton and Gladstone), North Queensland, and online for all of Queensland, Resilience in Reach offers practical tools, trusted guidance, useful resources, and genuine community connection for families facing complex mental health challenges.

Because lived experience matters. Because no one should navigate this journey alone. And because every family deserves the right help, when and where they need it most.
